Copywriting Services Terms and Conditions

A standard deposit of 50% of the total agreed price for each job is payable in advance of work commencing, unless otherwise agreed.
If the deposit is not paid prior to work commencing then Nigel Woollsey reserves the right to withhold all work produced until such time as full payment is made.
UK, European, World Copyright and legal title to any and all work produced shall remain with Nigel Woollsey until full payment of the agreed fees has been made. Clients may not publish, reproduce, copy or otherwise disseminate this work in whole or part by any printed or electronic means until full payment has been made to Nigel Woollsey.
All invoices must be settled in full within 14 days of the invoice date unless specifically agreed otherwise.
